Congress MLA Fires Shot: 2 Persons Injured

Dehradun: Two persons were injured when a Congress MLA fired a few shots during the banquet organized by a minister from Uttarkhand.

Two persons injured when MLA Pranab C fired a few shots in the air during the banquet organized by senior Congress leader Harak Singh Rawat.

Harak Singh reacted that he is not aware of shooting because he was busy inside with the guests, said Harak Singh.

The eyewitnesses said that they plead MLA Pranab not to fire the shots, as he began shooting soon after alighting from his car, said eyewitnesses.

The injured are admitted in a hospital, while one among the two lies in critical condition, its learned.
