Bangalore : “Nudidanthe Nadediddeve” ( We have translated our words into deeds) –This is the name of the booklet based on the achievements of the Congress government, which was released by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday May 18 to commemorate his government’s completion of one year in office.
Speaking to media at the Vidhana Saudha, the chief minister said “We have fulfilled our assurances given to the people and have discharged our duties sincerely, We have implemented 90 out of the 160 assurances given by us poor to the elections.”
He said no new scheme could be implemented during the past three months owing to the election code of conduct. Earlier we have implemented several successful schemes like Anna Bhagya, he added.
We have already waived loan amounting to Rs 1340 crores and aim at having a state free from huts in the next four year period, Siddaramaiah said.
