New Delhi : The Congress high command had announced
that it would constitute committee co-ordination committee and a
manifesto implementation committee in all Congress-ruled states to
ensure proper co-ordination between government as well as the party.
While in Karnataka and
Digvijay Singh will be the chairman of both the co-ordination committee
and manifesto implementation committee in the State.KPCC chairman G
Parameshwara will be their gonvenor while Chief Minister Siddaramaiah
will be their member.
Apart from this the Congress National President Sonia Gandhi will nominate a senior party leader from the state and a member from the Congress legislative party as members of the committees.
However while attending the meeting on execution of the National Food Security Schemethe ,CM Siddu has said to have met Sonia Ghandi and have discussed about the budget. She has suggested the CM to take steps on their early implementation.
