Gulbarga: As the news of the death of sub-inspector
(SI) Mallikarjun Bande in Hyderabad trickled in, it triggered violence
at several places in Gulbarga city on January 15, Wednesday. The
district administration immediately clamped prohibitory orders in
Gulbarga city, Aland and Jewargi towns under Section 144 CrPC for 24
hours till 1 pm on Thursday January 16.
