HDK hopes to see his father as PM once again

Mandya: The former PM Deve Gowda who created history by becoming PM with the support of 16 MPS in 1997 may get a chance once again, said JDS state president Kumaraswamy.

We are trying to win 15 to 16 seats in the forthcoming general elections.  If that succeeds Deva Gowda may become PM in 2014, said Kumaraswamy.  He alleged that CM Siddaramaiah is issuing statements disregarding the honor that his post caries.  Congress culture is to go after food served in last rites, but its not the culture of JDS, criticized Kumaraswamy.

Deve Gowda alleged that D K Shivakumar is being used by Congress to finish JDS.

On the other hand, JDS chief Deve Gowda has confident about the victory of JDS candidates in the ongoing elections of two constituencies. "The waves in support of JDS are felt in the upcoming bypolls.  The politicians who are upset over people’s support to JDS are unjustly accusing Deve Gowda.  He further said that CM Siddaramaiah is facing the fear of defeat  as JDS candidates are getting support from voters", said Deve Gowda.
